Expert tour guides will be taking NVS members on a walking tour of Cambridge on selected dates. The walks will be on Tuesdays after the talk ends and last around an hour. Members will be told which dates and where to meet in the newsletter.

Meditation and mindfulness techniques can help reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and bring focus. It just takes a little patience and gentle effort over a period of time to develop them and build understanding of one's mind and feelings. While the initial benefits can be felt quite quickly; the greater benefits accrue later.
