    The visit will be focused on David Hockney's recent work : Normandy.  David Hockney is an English painter, draughtsman, printmaker, stage designer, and photographer. As an important contributor to the pop art movement of the 1960s, he is considered one of the most influential British artists of the 20th and 21st centuries.

    Gail welcomes you to her home for Sunday lunch. The Sunday lunch tradition - often called the 'Sunday roast'- is a tradition dating back to a medieval feast eaten after church. It is a family meal centred round a roasted meat such as chicken, beef, lamb or pork and accompanied by roast potatoes, vegetables and gravy (meat sauce).

It just takes a little patience and gentle effort over a period of time to develop them and build understanding of one's mind and feelings. While the initial benefits can be felt quite quickly; the greater benefits accrue later.
