    Join our volunteer, Helen, for Yin Yoga.  Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga.  Helen will be focusing on stretching and healing.

    This group is for adults and children over the age of 10. Please bring your favourite sketchbook, or just pencil and paper, and join the Art for All Levels group. Some materials will be available, and there will always be something interesting to draw or paint. Enjoy shared company and ideas.
