This is an opportunity to visit one of the largest university-owned botanic gardens in the world, at the best time of year. Even if it rains there are several large glasshouses to explore! The Garden covers over 16 hectares and there are more than 8000 different plant species. Although this is a scientific collection, the Garden is a beautiful environment designed for visitors.
Free for visiting students with a UCAM University Card and an ID card from their home university to prove their status. (Both are required.) For others the entrance fee is £8.50.
